中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

每年的１２月９日是国际反腐败日。２００３年１０月３１日，联合国大会通过了历时两年多起草的《联合国反腐败公约》，它是联合国历史上通过的第一个用于指导国际反腐败斗争的法律文件。同年１２月９日至１１日，联合国在墨西哥梅里达举行国际反腐败高级别会议，正式签署《联合国反腐败公约》。此后，在国际反贪污组织“透明国际”的倡议下，联合国决定将每年的１２月９日确立为国际反腐败日，以纪念公约的签署和唤起国际社会对腐败问题的重视与关注。２００４年１２月９日是第一个国际反腐败日。

１９４２年１２月９日，国际主义战士、援华的印度医生柯棣华在河北唐县逝世。柯棣华１９１０年出生于印度孟买，１９３８年随同印度援华医疗队到中国协助抗日，先后在延安和华北抗日根据地服务，任八路军医院外科主治医生、白求恩国际和平医院第一任院长。柯棣华病逝后，毛泽东主席为悼念柯棣华，亲笔书写了一帧条幅：“印度友人柯棣华大夫远道来华，援助抗日，在延安华北工作五年之久，医治伤员，积劳病逝，全军失一臂助，民族失一友人。柯棣华大夫的国际主义精神是我们永远不应该忘记的。”
