中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

１９８６年３月６日，著名美学家、教育家、文艺理论家、中科院院士朱光潜逝世，享年８９岁。朱光潜是安徽桐城人，历任四川大学文学院院长，北京大学西语系主任、文学院代院长，中华全国美学学会会长、名誉会长，是我国当代美学研究领域的开拓者。主要著作有：《悲剧心理学》《谈美》《文艺心理学》《诗论》《西方美学史》《谈美书简》等。

１９９２年３月６日，著名京剧表演艺术家关肃霜在昆明逝世，享年６４岁。关肃霜是湖北江陵人，１９５６年加入中国共产党，历任昆明京剧团团长，云南省京剧院院长，云南省剧协主席，中国戏剧家协会副主席，中国文联委员。１９７９年被评为云南省劳动模范。演出的主要剧目有《铁弓缘》《战洪州》等。１９５７年主演的《打焦赞》《泗州城》获第六届世界青年联欢节金质奖章。（新华社记者王沛、王茹）
