中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

１９６４年５月２８日，巴勒斯坦解放组织在耶路撒冷成立，简称“巴解”，由８个背景各不相同的游击队组织组成。由阿拉法特创建的“法塔赫”是巴勒斯坦解放组织中最大和最有影响的一支力量，在巴解中居于领导地位。１９７４年１０月在拉巴特举行的第７次阿拉伯国家首脑会议上，巴解组织被确认为巴勒斯坦人民的唯一合法代表。同年１１月，巴解被联合国邀请以观察员身份参加会议。１９７６年８月、９月，巴解先后成为不结盟运动和阿拉伯国家联盟正式成员。

１９９８年５月２８日，我国核物理研究开拓者、著名核物理学家赵忠尧因病逝世，享年９６岁。１９３１年任教于清华大学的赵忠尧在我国首次开设核物理课程，并主持建立了我国第一个核物理实验室。他先后于１９５５年和１９５８年建成了我国最早的７０万伏和２００万伏高气压型质子静电加速器，为开创我国原子核科学事业做出了重要贡献。（新华社记者李晓建）
