    每年的１０月９日是世界邮政日（万国邮政联盟日）。１８７４年１０月９日，２２个国家的代表签署了第一个国际性的邮政条约——伯尔尼条约，万国邮政联盟从此成立。１９６９年，在日本东京召开的万国邮政联盟第１６届大会通过决议，将每年的１０月９日确定为万国邮政联盟日。１９８４年，在德国汉堡召开的第１９届万国邮政联盟大会通过决议，将万国邮政联盟日更名为世界邮政日。
