中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

每年的１２月４日是全国法制宣传日。２００１年４月２６日，在中共中央、国务院转发的《中央宣传部、司法部关于在公民中开展法制宣传教育的第四个五年规划》中确定，以宪法实施日作为全国法制宣传日，就是要在全社会进一步强化宪法意识，树立宪法观念。

１９５１年１２月４日，中共河北省委开除了大贪污犯刘青山、张子善的党籍，有关部门对二犯依法逮捕。刘青山曾任中共天津地委书记，被捕前任中共石家庄市委副书记，张子善曾任中共天津地委副书记，被捕前任天津地委书记。１９５２年２月１０日，河北省人民政府举行公审大会，随后河北省人民法院报请最高人民法院批准，判处刘青山、张子善死刑。

１９９４年１２月４日，杰出的国际主义战士汉斯·米勒逝世，享年７９岁。米勒生于德国杜塞尔多夫。１９３９年７月到中国延安参加抗日战争医疗工作。１９５０年加入中国国籍。新中国成立后，历任沈阳医学院第二附属医院院长、北京积水潭医院内科教授、北京医学院副院长。（新华社记者李晓建）
