中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

１９２８年２月６日，在敌人的刑场上举行婚礼的共产党员周文雍、陈铁军在广州英勇就义。１９２７年１２月，广州起义爆发，共青团广州地委书记周文雍担任了工人赤卫队总指挥。根据斗争需要，中共广东省委派陈铁军来协助周文雍工作。他们假扮成夫妻，建立了秘密机关，组织工人开展斗争。由于反动派的疯狂镇压，广州起义失败。１９２８年１月，由于叛徒出卖，周文雍和陈铁军不幸同时被捕。当敌人宣判他们死刑时，周文雍想到自己与陈铁军已在工作中彼此相爱，在生命的最后时刻，应该将埋藏在心中的爱情公布出来。在刑场上，他们高唱《国际歌》，向群众作了最后一次演讲。陈铁军当众宣布：“我们要举行婚礼了，让反动派的枪声作为我们结婚的礼炮吧！”最后他们同声高呼：“同志们，革命到底！”

１９５６年２月６日，国务院发布《关于推广普通话的指示》，在全国范围内推广普通话。《指示》中正式确定普通话“以北京语音为标准音，以北方话为基础方言，以典范的现代白话文著作为语法规范”。同年２月１０日，中央推广普通话工作委员会在北京成立。从１９９８年起，每年９月份的第三周为全国推广普通话宣传周。
