中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

２００３年３月１７日，中国杰出的数学家、教育家，第七、第八届全国政协副主席，中国民主同盟中央委员会名誉主席，中国科学院院士苏步青在上海逝世，享年１０１岁。苏步青从事微分几何、计算几何的研究和教学７０余载，从１９２７年起在国内外发表数学论文１６０余篇，出版了１０多部专著，上世纪４０年代曾被国际数学界赞誉为“东方国度上升起的灿烂数学明星”。他创立了国际公认的浙江大学微分几何学学派；他对“Ｋ展空间”几何学和射影曲线的研究，荣获１９５６年国家自然科学奖；他开展的计算几何在航空、造船、汽车制造等方面的应用研究成果，先后获１９７８年全国科学大会奖，１９８５年、１９８６年三机部和国家科技进步奖。１９９８年获何梁何利基金科学与技术成就奖。
