中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

１９４９年４月４日，美国、加拿大、比利时、法国、卢森堡、荷兰、英国、丹麦、挪威、冰岛、葡萄牙和意大利在华盛顿签署了北大西洋公约，决定成立北大西洋公约组织，同年８月２４日各国完成批准手续，该组织正式成立。希腊、土耳其、德国、西班牙、波兰、捷克、匈牙利、拉脱维亚、爱沙尼亚、立陶宛、斯洛伐克、保加利亚、罗马尼亚和斯洛文尼亚也先后正式加入该组织。到２００５年３月北约成员国达到２６个。北大西洋公约组织也称“北大西洋联盟”或“北大西洋集团”，简称“北约”，是战后美国为了维护其在欧洲的霸权地位，联合西方国家建立的军事政治组织。

１９８７年４月４日，中国著名电影艺术家司徒慧敏因患癌症在北京逝世，享年７７岁。司徒慧敏出生在广东开平一个华侨家庭，１９２７年加入中国共产党，并参加了广州起义。１９３２年起从事电影工作，是我党的电影小组成员之一。他联合了一批左翼和进步的艺术工作者，共同拍摄了《桃李劫》《自由神》《都市风光》和《风云儿女》等影片。抗日战争爆发后，根据党的指示，他转到香港开展抗战电影工作，组织和亲自拍摄了《孤岛天堂》《白云故乡》《游击进行曲》和《血溅宝山城》等影片。
