中华人民共和国年鉴简介
中华人民共和国年鉴网是忠实记录中国改革开放和建设成就及国家方针政策的唯一综合性国家年鉴网,是为落实中央关于“开展数字化、网络化建设，做好方志资源的整合、共享与开发利用”的有关精神，打造网上国史馆，推进国家史志信息化的建设的具体举措。中国年鉴网通过推出“阅后即定”等新技术，让历史能定时凝固下来，致力为每个行业、地区、单位、个人提供网上与移动历史空间，让每个行业、地区、单位以及个人都有自己的一部史记，都能在历史上写下浓墨重彩的一笔。

１９８９年３月２９日，无产阶级革命家、军事家、中国人民解放军海军的主要创建者肖劲光在北京逝世，享年８６岁。肖劲光是湖南长沙人，１９２２年加入中国共产党，历任中国工农红军第五军团政治委员、闽赣军区司令员兼红七军团政治委员、红三军团参谋长、中共中央军委参谋长，参加了长征。后任陕甘宁留守兵团司令员，东北民主联军副总司令、参谋长兼南满军区司令员，东北野战军第一兵团司令员，第四野战军副司令员兼第十二兵团司令员、政治委员。１９４９年底奉命组建中国人民解放军海军，次年任海军司令员，后任国防部副部长、中顾委常委等职。１９５５年被授予大将军衔。（新华社记者王沛、王茹）
